Carly specialized in guiding individuals through life challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, self-esteem, and support around gender, sexuality, and identity. Together, we’ll cultivate a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

At the heart of her practice is building a trusting relationship through empathy, authenticity, and attentive listening. She tailors therapy to your unique needs using evidence-based approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Person-Centred Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).

Carly would be honoured to support you as you take meaningful steps toward healing and self-discovery.

Carly brings warmth, curiosity, and a grounded presence to each session. When she’s not in the therapy room, you can often find her recharging in nature or spending time with her dog—moments that remind her of the importance of connection and presence.

Please note: Carly is currently on maternity leave as of October 23, 2025, and will be returning in the summer of 2026.
