Carly Charman

I specialize in guiding individuals through life challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, self-esteem, and support around gender, sexuality, and identity. Together, we’ll cultivate a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

At the heart of my practice is building a trusting relationship through empathy, authenticity, and attentive listening. I tailor therapy to your unique needs using evidence-based approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Person-Centred Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).

I’d be honoured to support you as you take meaningful steps toward healing and self-discovery.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and a grounded presence to each session. When I’m not in the therapy room, you can often find me recharging in nature or spending time with my dog—moments that remind me of the importance of connection and presence.
